Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for a full-time remote/telehealth role, serving clients across New Mexico. You will conduct secure video sessions, maintain notes, and collaborate with a clinical supervisor for complex cases.

Requires NM license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, etc.), a Master's degree, and experience in clinical mental health therapy. Salary is $115,000–$120,000 per year with PTO, health insurance and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT or related field.
• Active NM license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, etc.).
• Experience in clinical mental health therapy.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling through secure video sessions.
• Meet with new and returning clients throughout the week.
• Keep notes and required case information current.
• Bring complex or higher-risk cases to your clinical supervisor.
• Take part in scheduled supervision and team discussions.
• Follow through on clinical concerns that need additional attention.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
