Job summary

Rula is a behavioral health solution building a network of licensed clinicians to deliver care to individuals, couples, and families. Providers work as 1099 contractors with session autonomy and no minimum caseloads, focusing on therapy while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support.

Compensation for LMHC is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and protection against no-shows and cancellations.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LMFT, LICSW or LMHC license and be able to provide telehealth.
• Valid NPI is required to bill.
• Must be licensed in Washington state to join the network.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services (LMHC) via telehealth.
• Maintain session notes and scheduling autonomy.
• Participate in credentialing and utilization of insurance networks.
• Collaborate with Rula operations for seamless billing and support.
