Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians. This 1099 contractor role offers autonomous scheduling, no minimum caseload, and pay per session (LMHC/$80 per 53-minute session) with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and denials.

As part of the Rula community, you control your calendar, credentialing support, and client referrals, while the admin team handles billing, claims, and EHR. Remote sessions within WA are supported.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMHC/LICSW/LMFT in Washington.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients.
• Maintain notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate with Rula for billing, scheduling and insurance tasks.
