Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. LMHCs are contractors and have schedule autonomy with no minimum caseloads; clinicians handle sessions while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support.

Compensation is $80 per 53‑minute session, with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no‑shows and cancellations. Providers can work remotely and control their availability.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
