Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians to provide telehealth behavioral health services in Washington. Providers are 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

LMHCs (or LICSW/LMFTs) earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Remote work and flexible scheduling are emphasized, with onboarding support and dedicated admin assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health sessions via telehealth.
• Maintain notes and session documentation.
