Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed mental health providers in Washington. The platform connects LMHCs and other licensed clinicians with clients for telehealth sessions. Providers are 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Remote work is supported for WA/US providers.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT license and a valid NPI.
• Currently licensed to practice in Washington.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions to clients.
• Maintain session notes and billing compliance through the platform.
