Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington to provide telehealth therapy on a flexible schedule. Contractors (1099) control their caseload and hours, with administrative tasks handled by Rula. Credentialing is fast-tracked and there are strong referral streams to keep your calendar full.

Providers must be licensed in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC), provide telehealth, and operate as independent contractors with expected autonomy and supportive client referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington
• Valid NPI number
• Must be licensed in Washington state
• Must be able to provide telehealth services

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC/LMFT/LICSW sessions to clients as contracted
• Handle documentation and notes in the EHR system
• Participate in fast-tracked credentialing with insurance partners
• Manage calendar, referrals, and scheduling with Rula
• Rula handles billing, claims and admin tasks
