Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution connecting LMFTs, LICSWs, and LMHCs with clients in Washington. Providers join as 1099 contractors, enjoy complete schedule autonomy, and have no minimum caseloads as Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and insurance enrollment.

Remote telehealth is supported. Compensation is $80 per 53‑minute session; payments are made biweekly via direct deposit with protection for no‑shows and late cancellations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI

• Must be able to provide telehealth
