Hawthorne Health seeks a Registered Dietitian to conduct telehealth nutrition counseling for a 52-week clinical trial. Sessions are protocol-driven and conducted remotely to support participant goals.

You will educate on diet, activity, and sustainable lifestyle changes, using motivational interviewing and thorough documentation in EHR/EDC, while collaborating with the study team. Remote, flexible scheduling is required.

Formación

• Active RD/RDN credential in good standing (CDR).
• Current state licensure as RD where participants are located.
• At least 2 years of nutrition counseling experience in clinical/telehealth settings.
• Experience addressing obesity, metabolic health, diabetes, or cardiovascular conditions.
• Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills.
• Comfort with telehealth and electronic documentation.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct 30-minute telehealth nutrition counseling sessions every four weeks for 52 weeks.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and lifestyle education per protocol.
• Educate on healthy dietary habits, physical activity, and lifestyle modifications.
• Utilize motivational interviewing to enhance engagement and adherence.
• Document interactions and assessments in study records and electronic systems.
• Collaborate with study team; communicate participant progress and scheduling needs.
• Report safety concerns or adverse events to study personnel.
• Complete training and maintain GCP, ICH, HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage a flexible remote schedule to complete visits.
