Job summary

UW Health is seeking a Telehealth Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) in Madison, WI, to support remote care for critical patients. The role is 30 hours per week (75% FTE) with a night shift (6:30pm–7:00am) and a rotating weekend/holiday schedule in an off-site eICU setting.

Responsibilities include admitting, transferring and discharging patients via ECM and ensuring accurate patient data transfers. Wisconsin licensure requirements apply, with preference for nursing assistant experience in long-term

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care facility Preferred.
• Listed on the State of Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry Upon Hire Required and CMA or TMA Upon Hire Required.

Responsibilities

• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients from inpatient units and Surgical Services in eCareManager to and from the correct locations into ECM (eCareManager).
• Verify that patient records and information transfers into ECM.
