Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles billing, claims, and admin tasks. Telehealth is supported, and providers can grow their practice with guaranteed referrals.

Minimum qualifications include licensure as LMFT/LICSW/LMHC, a valid NPI, and licensure in Washington. In-person sessions may earn an additional $20 per session for new providers.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Licensed in Washington state and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health therapy to clients via telehealth.
• Complete notes and documentation in the EHR as required.
• Collaborate with Rula's admin team for insurance, billing and claims.
• Set and manage your own schedule with autonomy as a 1099 contractor.
• Leverage Rula's referrals and support to grow your caseload.
