Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs or LICSWs to join as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Telehealth is supported, and you’ll be paid per session with direct deposit every two weeks.

Providers get fast credentialing with insurance partners, plus dedicated admin support for billing, claims, EHR, and more. In-person sessions bring a $20 per-session boost, and you’ll join a community focused on clinical

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions as a licensed clinician.
• Maintain documentation and notes for every session.
• Coordinate with Rula's admin team for scheduling and billing.
