Fonemed is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide remote, telehealth care for North American callers, coordinating with 811 HealthLine and Mental Health Crisis Line. You will assess, triage, and advise on medical and mental health concerns via phone, with a schedule including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

The role requires an active nursing license, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently in a private space with reliable internet access.

Qualificações

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of triage/clinical experience (ER/mental health/psychiatry/ICU).
• Active CRNNL licensure or willingness to obtain licensure through CRNNL.
• Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems.
• Shift work including days/evenings/nights/weekends required.
• Private room with a closed door to work.
• Own computer, headset, and high-speed internet.

Responsabilidades

• Provide telephone triage and advice to callers to assist timely medical decisions.
• Provide mental health support including crisis intervention.
• Exercise clinical judgement using protocols to determine disposition and level of care.
• Complete confidential medical records per company documentation standards.
• Provide clear and concise information and directions during patient encounters.
