You will conduct evaluations and follow-ups, guide staff through testing remotely, provide product options and support for billing and documentation, and help develop scalable tele-audiology workflows while

Qualifications

• Active licensure in audiology or eligibility in applicable states.
• Experience with telehealth or remote care delivery is a plus.
• Ability to maintain compliance and thorough clinical documentation for billing and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical care and patient management via secure video platform.
• Support clinic staff with remote hearing assessments and testing procedures.
• Interpret test results and provide clinical diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
• Guide patients through hearing aid options and remote purchasing processes.
• Troubleshoot audiology equipment, software, and connectivity in real time.
• Collaborate with clinics to optimize patient flow and schedule efficiency.
• Develop and refine workflows for remote testing and tele-audiology processes.
• Assist with credentialing, billing support, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
