ACD Direct, Inc. is hiring a hands-on TechOps Engineer (Mid Level) to build, automate, and maintain the infrastructure powering our cloud-based contact center tech.

You will own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, operate in a cloud console, and ensure reliable, scalable services for B2B clients nationwide. This fully remote role requires occasional data center visits quarterly; salary ranges from $52,000 to $85,000 per year, with equipment and stipends provided.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, TechOps, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent).
• Comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and core services.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration concepts.
• Scripting or automation experience (Bash, Python).
• Understanding of IaC principles; Terraform experience a plus.
• Familiarity with security fundamentals and audit logging.
• Strong written communication and ability to work asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines for serverless and containerized apps.
• Automate deployment, configuration, scaling, and monitoring workflows.
• Monitor infrastructure and diagnose incidents independently.
• Contribute to IaC and configuration management initiatives.
• Participate in security reviews and PCI DSS compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to improve deployment velocity.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain runbooks and docs.
• Participate in Agile SDLC ceremonies.
