OneZero Solutions LLC is seeking a Technical Writer to own the production quality of written deliverables on the ISSO Support program. The role requires editing, formatting, and template standardization for RMF artifacts and meeting minutes, with a focus on 508 accessibility and security markings.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of federal contracting experience, an active SECRET clearance, and strong expertise in Word, Visio, SharePoint, and governance documentation, working with a distributed

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of technical writing/editing in IT/cyber/federal contracting.
• Experience producing NIST RMF artifacts (SSPs, POA&M, contingency plans).
• Strong command of grammar, style, and Government formatting.

Responsibilities

• Edit, format, and quality-check deliverables against templates.
• Maintain master deliverable tracker with review windows and adoptions.
• Develop templates and a style guide for SSPs, POA&M, CP/ISCP, and related reports.
• Compile recurring ISSO reports and quarterly FISMA metrics inputs.
• Capture and distribute meeting minutes; manage version control and uploads.
