Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Construction Industry specialist to drive digital transformation across AECO customers using Autodesk Construction Cloud. You will lead technical engagements, deliver health checks, custom workflows, training, dashboards, reports, and integrations to enable customers to achieve their outcomes.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Construction Customer Success and is remote; occasional onsite visits may be required to support major accounts in the USA and EMEA regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry and/or AEC technology industry.
• Experience leading/managing successful technology change management projects, implementation and programs.
• Confidence in compiling platform data analytics and dashboarding.
• Passionate about moving the industry forward.
• This is a remote position, but visiting customers onsite and in the office will be required.

Responsibilities

• Discover customer business processes to build a trusted advisor relationship.
• Develop workflows to unlock value in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Align with change-management best practices for digital transformation.
• Partner with Customer Success to deliver plans and requirements.
• Create dashboards, reports and integrations to show value.
• Influence product roadmap by demonstrating business impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends to position ACC value.
• Expert in Autodesk Construction Cloud Forma; demo value to customers.
• Share best practices and lessons with the team and customers.
• Build Autodesk brand credibility via social networks and forums.
