Improvado in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Technical SEO Specialist who will own technical health, site performance, and AI-friendly visibility. You’ll work across GA4, Search Console, and page experiments.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, and marketing to optimize conversions, build dashboards, and ensure accurate tracking while shaping how the product is presented on the site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SEO and/or website optimization with measurable growth.
• Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of rendering.
• Experience with GEO or AI search optimization.
• Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, and BI dashboards.
• Experience with SEO tooling: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog.
• B2B SaaS or marketing tech background.
• Experience with Webflow or similar CMS and basic HTML/CSS/JS.
• SQL or advanced spreadsheets; AI-assisted workflows.
• CRO and experimentation platforms exposure.
• Exposure to product marketing, positioning, or messaging.
• Self-directed and able to own a channel.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical health of the site: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed.
• Optimize for AI search to be understandable and citable.
• Monitor visibility in classic and AI search and implement fixes.
• Improve page performance, UX, templates, and conversion paths.
• Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, layouts) to boost conversions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, contractors to ship site improvements.
• Build dashboards linking organic and on-site behavior to leads and revenue.
• Ensure tracking quality across GA4 and Search Console.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and report decisions.
• Use demand data to guide positioning and landing page strategy.
• Work with stakeholders to reflect ICP needs and product value.
