Job summary

DEPLOY is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple client-facing projects, aligning technical teams and delivering successful outcomes. You will translate complex requirements into actionable plans, maintain clear communication with clients, and steer projects from discovery through launch in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

The role requires experience with software delivery, Agile/Scrum, and the ability to discuss APIs and deployments with developers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple client-facing technical projects.
• Experience delivering software, web, or technology implementation projects.
• Familiar with software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum, and traditional PM approaches.
• Able to discuss APIs, integrations, databases, and deployment requirements with tech teams.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to navigate competing priorities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience using Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects from discovery to launch and handoff.
• Serve as primary client contact with clear updates and realistic expectations.
• Translate client goals into actionable requirements, plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate developers, designers, QA, and others to keep work moving.
• Track scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies across projects.
• Identify risks early, resolve blockers, and propose solutions.
• Manage change requests and explain their impact on cost and timing.
• Lead kickoff meetings, sprint planning, status calls, demos, and retrospectives.
• Partner with technical leads to ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain clear documentation and improve processes over time.
