You’ll coordinate priorities, timelines, budgets, and daily activities across multiple projects, ensuring clear communications and robust documentation. This role supports a flexible, remote work culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing management roles (Business Analysis, IT PM, IT Product Ownership, etc.).
• 2+ years of technical experience in software engineering, data engineering, or QA.
• Critical and creative mindset translating business visions into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing timelines and budgets.
• Experience in PM roles within modern software environments, including technical oversight.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business needs and translate them to the delivery team.
• Learn and master the OneReach.ai platform.
• Develop compelling pre-sales demos and update client proposals throughout project stages.
• Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities to meet requirements.
• Lead day-to-day development activities across multiple projects with proper documentation.
• Consolidate product information to produce detailed technical docs and proposals.
• Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and profitability.
