• Coach newer lead teammates through their first messy general project.
• Make general tradeoffs visible so TechVantage can weigh them.
• Bridge Adaptability and Project Management so neither team works in the dark.
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Own one slice of TechVantage's general mission end to end.
