Xylem is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our America's Commercial Team in Morton Grove, IL. In this remote role, you will manage customer interactions, process orders, and ensure smooth communications across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a technical product line, preferably B2B.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately process customer orders.

• Maintain an accurate customer order database.

Skills

Customer service experience in technical product line

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with ERP or CRM systems

Strong customer advocacy skills

Education

Two years of technical schooling or five years in a technical position
