What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess and translate client requests into actionable solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot product stability inquiries or issues via phone or through a ticketing system
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors, end-users, and clients' IT departments
- Document configuration, enhancements, and testing notes for various projects
- Provide client training or assistance remotely or occasionally onsite
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years of experience in customer support or as a business analyst
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VFP, C#, ASP.NET, and Powershell
- Ability to create and modify complex SQL scripts
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Remote Desktop Services/RemoteApp
- Familiarity with remote access tools & techniques such as Webex, remote desktop, and VPN
- Oral or written communication skills in French
- Customer Service Training or Certification
- Experience in IT Support, Utility Billing, or financial applications
