Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks a Technical Architect - Transportation Management Systems to lead TMS implementations across the Americas. You will design best-in-class solutions for warehouse management, coordinating with customers, project managers, and third-party consultants to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires deep TMS experience and strong integration design, with up to 75% travel within the US and a virtual work arrangement within the US or Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions (e.g., HighJump Manhattan, SAP) is a plus
• Experience integrating ERP/Host systems with Blue Yonder TMS and testing APIs

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and implement Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions for customers
• Lead lead-technical and integration design to meet customer requirements and timelines
• Lead integration design with automation vendors
• Guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases
• Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure value and satisfaction
• Assess non-standard needs and integration complexity and product roadmaps
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities with customers
• Communicate business cases for product functionality and enhancements
