Job summary

Infor is hiring a Technical Support Analyst to join our product support team. You will resolve highly complex issues across Infor HR Talent and supporting web platforms, acting as the final escalation point before engineering.

You will analyze root causes with SQL, debug front-end code, and coordinate cross-functional responses to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction. You will develop proficiency in Infor's HR modules—talent acquisition, payroll, and benefits—while mentoring

Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PT
• Experience supporting multiple software product suites and modules within complex technical environments
• Foundational or growing understanding of core HR functional areas—talent acquisition, payroll processing, and benefits administration
• Hands-on experience with SQL scripting and relational database systems; JackDB is a plus
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with REST or SOAP APIs; API documentation and testing
• Experience delivering high-impact service under tight deadlines and managing escalations
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States

Responsibilities

• Resolve highly complex technical issues related to Infor HR Talent and related platforms; final escalation point before engineering
• Conduct functional and code-level analysis, testing, and debugging using SQL queries and web development knowledge
• Provide clear, proactive communication and reliable solutions to strengthen user confidence
• Coordinate cross-functional support for critical cases, with training and leadership to minimize disruptions
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in team capabilities and customer satisfaction
• Engage with high-priority customers to deliver fast, accurate solutions within SLAs
• Develop proficiency in Infor's LPL language to support configurations and customizations
• Triagе issues at intersections of technical systems and HR business processes to minimize hiring/payroll disruption
