Job summary

Qualifications
- Hands-on Tech Lead with architecture responsibilities.
- Experience bridging finance, accounting, IT and development.
- Must be able to mentor engineers and partner with CFOs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for Finance applications.
- Translate technical concepts into business terms for non-technical audiences.
- Own delivery estimates, planning, and timelines.
- Review code and oversee CI/CD pipelines.
- Own deployments and release management.
- Expand Architecture practice and create roadmaps.
- Sign off on architectural decisions and designs.
- Re-architect legacy apps to improve data quality and scalability.
- Support modernization, lift-and-shift, and cloud hardening.
