Job summary

AccelOne LLC is seeking a Tech Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer to define and build a new patient-facing digital health application. The role combines hands-on development, software architecture, and product thinking, with direct collaboration with stakeholders to shape MVPs and technical roadmaps.

Ideal candidates will have health tech experience, cloud-based solutions, and the ability to work with PHI under HIPAA in U.S. environments, including wearables and health data platform integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior full stack engineer or tech lead.
• Built and launched software products from early stages to production.
• Experience with Digital Health or HealthTech.
• Cloud-based architectures design and implementation.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and health data platforms.
• Experience handling sensitive healthcare data and PHI under HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define the architecture and technical approach for a new patient-facing digital health application.
• Help define the MVP, technical scope, priorities, estimates, dependencies, and risks.
• Design and develop full stack functionality across the product.
• Build and integrate external APIs and healthcare data services.
• Design secure solutions for handling sensitive patient and health information.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Take ownership of technical delivery from discovery through development, testing, deployment, and production.
