Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Technical Lead to guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software products. You will work with product management, architecture, and other engineering teams to align on the roadmap.

The role emphasizes leadership, people management, and strong communication, with hands-on development using Spring Boot, AWS, and modern databases, in a remote United States setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of people management experience.
• 9+ years of experience in programming with Java.
• 4+ years of experience working with Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS and cloud services.
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing and architecting backend microservices with RESTful API and API security frameworks

• Troubleshoot and debug in production and non-production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and improve coding practices
