AO Globe Life is seeking an experienced Remote Leadership Manager to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing virtual teams across the United States. This 100% remote, independent contractor role emphasizes mentorship, client consultations, and results-driven leadership.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop reps, run virtual coaching, and help set performance goals while enjoying a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Confidence using Zoom, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.

• Experience in management, operations, customer service, sales leadership, recruiting, or team development is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations via Zoom and educate clients on benefit options.
• Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support.
• Recruit, mentor, and coach new representatives.
• Lead virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and training calls.
• Set performance goals and monitor team progress.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.
• Support professional development through ongoing mentorship.
