Harrison Gray Search is partnering with a prominent, fee-only RIAs to identify a Tax Strategy Advisor. You will integrate tax strategy with wealth planning, working with lead advisors and planning specialists to influence client decisions in real time.

You will develop proactive tax planning for high-net-worth households, review complex returns, and provide expert guidance across entities. This role blends tax with financial strategy and client service.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in comprehensive tax and financial planning.
• Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master’s in Taxation a plus.
• Certified Financial Planner or Personal Financial Specialist credential, or pursuing one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement proactive tax planning strategies for high-net-worth clients and business owners.
• Review tax plans and estimates, research complex tax transactions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare complex returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, foundations, and corporations; review less complex returns as needed.
• Manage client relationships, tax projects, and workflow, and provide subject‑matter tax expertise to clients and leadership.
• Contribute to educational and promotional work through presentations, articles, and workshops.
