Job summary

Core Business Advisors, PLLC is an Oklahoma City-based advisory firm seeking a Tax Senior Manager. You will oversee complex federal and multi-state tax engagements, manage key client relationships, develop staff, and shape scalable tax processes and technology.

This role offers broad autonomy and meaningful influence within the practice. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in public accounting tax, with strong leadership, and proven ability to translate tax concepts into actionable client guidance.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license in good standing (Oklahoma or reciprocal).
• 7+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, with at least 2 years in a manager/senior manager role.
• Deep technical proficiency in federal and multi-state income tax for pass-through entities, C-corps, and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex engagements and client relationships.
• Develop staff and scale tax processes and technology.
• Lead responses to IRS/state notices and audits.
