Qualifications

• Prior tax preparation experience, especially with LLCs and S Corporations.
• Detail-oriented, client-focused professional with virtual-work experience.
• Strong proficiency with ProConnect and QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corps.
• Financial Record Management: Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software.
• Client Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new clients and strong initial relationships.
• Collaboration: Work with bookkeeping team for accurate financial reporting and tax prep.
