KSA Tax Partners, LLC is a woman-owned, fully virtual accounting firm dedicated to empowering women business owners by not only filing their tax returns but helping them truly understand their finances.

As a Tax Preparer, you will prepare LLC and S‑Corp returns, manage financial data, onboard new clients, and collaborate with our bookkeeping team. Schedule is 5 days a week (9–5 EST); compensation ranges from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Competenze

• Proven experience in tax preparation for LLCs and S Corporations.
• Strong experience with ProConnect and QuickBooks Online.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Mansioni

• Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations.
• Financial Record Management: Collect and input financial data into tax software with accuracy.
• Client Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new clients and establishing initial relationships.
• Collaboration: Work with bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial reporting and tax prep.
