This Tax Preparer role is ideal for someone who is passionate about tax accounting, client service, and helping businesses grow. The position offers a remote, year-round work environment with a 5-day workweek (9-5 EST) and hourly compensation ranging from $15 to $25, depending on experience.

Competenze

• Must have prior experience in tax preparation, particularly with LLCs and S Corporations.
• Strong experience with ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word and the Microsoft Suite.

Mansioni

• Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
• Financial Record Management: Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software, ensuring accuracy.
• Client Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong initial relationship.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our bookkeeping team to ensure accurate financial reporting and seamless tax preparation.
