Qualifications

• Prior experience in tax preparation, especially with LLCs and S Corporations.
• ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, client-focused, able to work in a fully virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations.
• Financial Record Management: Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software.
• Client Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new clients and establishing relationships.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with bookkeeping team for accurate reporting and tax prep.
