ZZK Tax Services LLC is seeking dynamic Tax Preparers to join our team. You will prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, using advanced software and delivering accurate results.

We welcome all experience levels; PTIN is required, and training is underway. This remote position offers flexible scheduling and competitive commission-based pay, with interviews scheduled promptly after your information is received.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tax preparation.
• Strong knowledge of tax law, compliance for individuals and corporations.
• Familiarity with tax software including QuickBooks or Sage.
• Excellent client communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Ensure all tax documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Analyze financial data to identify deductions, credits, and liabilities.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and explain tax strategies.
• Stay current on changes in tax laws to provide compliant advice.
• Assist with bookkeeping using accounting software to maintain records.
• Support client acquisition through marketing and excellent service.
