Leoforce is seeking a Remote Tax Partner with a high net worth focus for a top 100 firm, offering equity compensation and a clear path to partnership. The role requires C-Level experience and leads tax planning, compliance, and client advisory for high net worth individuals.

Based in the Tampa, FL area but operating remotely, you will oversee tax strategies, manage compliance, build client relationships, and contribute to growth through thought leadership and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years in tax focusing on high net worth individuals
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting, tax law, planning, advisory, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive entrepreneurial mindset with business development aptitude
• Commitment to exceptional client service and firm growth

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive tax planning and advisory services for high net worth clients
• Oversee tax compliance including preparation and review of returns and projections
• Develop and implement tailored tax strategies to minimize liabilities
• Stay updated on tax law changes to advise proactively
• Build and maintain client relationships and understand client needs
• Collaborate with partners and team for coordinated client service
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to firm growth
• Experience with trusts, estates, and wealth planning
