Responsibilities

• Review corporate and partnership income tax returns at the federal, state and local level.
• Gather and analyze financial data from finance and accounting partners, documenting calculations, assumptions and conclusions behind filings and forecasts.
• Review interim and year-end provision work centered on current taxable income and validation of deferred balances under ASC 740.
• Track estimated payment and extension deadlines and review the related filings.
• Oversee day-to-day work of staff and consultants on assigned projects.
• Help resolve tax notices and correspond with taxing authorities on inquiries and disputes.
• Support income tax audits, planning projects and requests from other corporate and operating groups.
