Qualifications

• 7+ years of domestic income tax compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation and ASC 740.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Review corporate and partnership federal, state, and local income tax returns.
• Manage quarterly estimated payments and extensions.
• Prepare ASC 740 tax provisions and forecasts.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to analyze financial information.
• Respond to tax notices and authority inquiries.
• Oversee team members and consultants on tax projects.
