Jobot in the United States is seeking a Tax Manager for a fully remote role with complex pass-through tax work and world-class clients. You will oversee tax compliance, planning, and consulting for S Corp and Partnerships, mentoring junior staff and maintaining strong client relationships.

Applicants should have a CPA and 2+ years of management experience in public accounting, with a focus on pass-through entities and high net worth individuals. Fully remote/hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, Master in Taxation preferred.
• CPA certification required or highly preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in a public accounting firm focusing on tax returns for S Corp, Partnerships, high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax compliance, consulting, and planning for a portfolio of clients including S Corp and Partnerships.
• Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service.
• Stay up-to-date with tax law changes and communicate these to clients and team.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance as needed.
