Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 12+ years of Tax Credit investment experience with asset management focus.
• Experience with LIHTC, HTC, and NMTC preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to present data-driven conclusions to Credit Administration and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Tax Credit investments, ensuring asset performance is analyzed and reported to Management.
• Develop action plans, obtain investor/credit approvals, and ensure implementation to preserve value and reduce risk.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, and covenants, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor budgets, operating metrics, and asset quality indices; oversee construction progress and tax benefit delivery.
• Mentor and guide less experienced Asset Managers and coordinate with partners and lenders.
