Qualifications

• Strong expertise in tax-specific domains, including Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation.
• Broad and deep knowledge of Tax and Tax Law, with the ability to interpret and apply regulations to diverse business situations.
• Solid Accounting skills to connect tax positions with financial statements and business performance.
• Proven experience in a senior tax leadership role, preferably in public accounting, consulting, or a multi-entity corporate environment.
• Professional credential such as CPA, EA, or equivalent; advanced degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialists.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead and mentor team members.
• Comfort with tax and accounting software, cloud-based collaboration tools, and secure document management systems.
