About the job Remote Task Management Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Task Management Coordinator to support the setup and ongoing administration of our internal task management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Monday.com and ClickUp, and a proactive approach to ensuring our workflows remain smooth, efficient, and well-documented. This role is essential in enabling operational efficiency across teams by ensuring every task is clearly defined, trackable, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up the task management software (Monday.com and ClickUp) from scratch based on pre-mapped instructions.
  • Configure boards, task structures, and automations to align with team needs.
  • Monitor and maintain system functionality, ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately.
  • Make adjustments to tasks, boards, and workflows as operations evolve.
  • Upload and organize documentation required for task execution, ensuring accessibility for team members.
  • Ensure that all tasks are properly assigned, described, and ready for execution by the responsible parties.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and continuously improve task organization.
  • Assist in training team members on how to use the software effectively.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced level of Spanish (written and spoken), highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Monday.com and ClickUp.com.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and implement them with precision.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned tasks.
  • Quick learner with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Long-term commitment and strong work ethics.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a Windows computer (Windows 10 or newer) that is less than 4 years old.
  • Two monitors and a high-speed fiber network or Starlink internet.
  • Compensation in USD.
  • Full-time position with 40 hours weekly and a morning shift.
