Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced TAS managers to help train an AI model on professional presentation tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across QoE exhibits and diligence work.

Remote, 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. Requires 4+ years at a top advisory firm (Big 4) and expert PowerPoint/slides craftsmanship, plus precise written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4)
• Deep expertise in QoE exhibits, findings communication, and report production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (quality of earnings exhibits, databook slides, diligence findings decks, working capital analysis pages, red flag reports)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and visual quality of deliverables
• Maintain high standards of written communication and detail in all slides and accompanying notes
