Formación

• Fluency in Tamil and English with cultural awareness.
• Ability to understand regional accents and communicate with LEP individuals.
• Excellent listening, retention and note-taking for accurate interpretation.
• Ability to stay neutral and handle sensitive topics on calls.

• Respond promptly to interpretation sessions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Render meanings accurately according to interpretation conventions.
• Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation and politeness.
• Maintain professionalism and calm during sessions, including emergencies.
• Work from home in a quiet, secure environment.
• Follow client instructions to meet expectations when working with LEP clients.
• Understand terminology across industries (Medical, Insurance, Finance, Law).
• Demonstrate commitment to cultural sensitivity in a diverse environment.
