Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawai’i, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles in our multi-state organization.

You will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to attract, screen, hire and onboard qualified talent aligned with our mission of providing high-quality reproductive healthcare and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and interviewing candidates across multiple job families.
• Strong understanding of hiring compliance and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities.
• Commitment to PPGNHAIK’s mission, values, inclusivity and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Post positions and align descriptions with brand strategy and regulations.
• Source candidates via social media, partnerships, job boards, referrals, and pipelines.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings per process.
• Coordinate interviews and prepare evaluation tools with managers.
• Facilitate offers with compensation recommendations.
• Oversee pre-employment screening and background checks.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience through orientation.
