Job summary

ContactLink Solutions is seeking a skilled Tagalog interpreter based in the US for a fully remote full-time contractor role. You will interpret between Tagalog and English, supporting healthcare and medical terminology, with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

You should have at least 3 years of interpretation experience, excellent listening and note-taking, and the ability to adapt to client protocols.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Tagalog
• Based in the United States
• Minimum 3 years interpretation experience
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking abilities
• Ability to render accurate concepts per interpretation protocols
• Ability to explain cultural concepts when required

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally according to the interpreter’s code of conduct
• Be familiar with healthcare/medical terminology
• Participate in internal professional training
• Communicate and report to your team leader
