Job summary

Point Broadband is seeking a Technical Assistance Center Agent to handle a high volume of calls from customers and employees, providing accurate information and troubleshooting for data services. This remote role requires residing in a Point Broadband state of operation (AL, FL, GA, IL, KS, MD, MI, NY, OH, TN, TX, or VA) and involves coordinating technician dispatch and using OSS/BSS tools.

• Strives for first-call resolution and documents issues accurately.

• Assists other departments during overload periods.
