Job summary

Themesoft Inc. is seeking a SyteLine Functional Consultant for a 12-month contract in Denver, CO. The role supports remote work and requires strong functional expertise in SyteLine versions listed, along with solid business process and documentation skills.

Responsibilities include incident analysis, root-cause actions for outages, and thorough documentation. You will coordinate with business users and IT teams to ensure effective application support.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SyteLine (v 8.03.11, 9.01.02, 9.01.11, CSI 10.0.0.515).
• Excellent business process and domain knowledge.
• Understanding of system architecture and underlying technology to design custom solutions.
• Good documentation skills.
• Understanding of application support processes.

Responsibilities

• Incidents analysis and resolution.
• Cause and corrective action analysis for production outages for applications in scope.
• Documentation (Detailed design document, FDD, Test plan, test cases, test results, user manuals, work instructions, etc).
• Timely update ticket information on the ticket management portal.
• Communicate with business users, process owners and customer IT team for various reasons.
