Job Summary
The Systems Analyst II - IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining system requirements, and delivering solutions that enhance applications utilized by Sales Operations, Broker Sales, and Member Revenue business domains. This role involves collaborating with key business users and stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives. The analyst will facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, ensuring effective implementation and support of these systems.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT solutions related to sales operations and member revenue.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate planning, analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process and system improvements.
- Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Drive medium to large enhancements, overseeing planning, development, and implementation.
- Utilize Agile methodology to manage project tasks and deliverables.
- Support creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Perform development and configuration as needed.
- Assist with production support as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years).
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and system design.
- Preferred experience in Sales Operations, Broker Sales, and Member Revenue processes.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and AI applications.
- Familiarity with Change and Release Management practices.
- Experience with SAP systems (e.g., SAP Agent Performance Management, SAP BTP, SAP FS-CD) or related systems.
- Proficiency in SQL.

Licensure and Certification
- Certifications related to core systems (e.g., Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs) preferred.
- Certifications in Agile, SAFE, or Business/System Analysis preferred.
Working Conditions
- Office environment; may require sitting or standing for extended periods.
Compensation Range
$70,800.00 - $113,200.00, based on education, experience, and role scope. Additional bonuses and total rewards are included.
